Love, love, love this place. No one gets fitness, personal training, and boot camps right like Innovative Results! They make it fun, challenging, and results oriented. Thank you Costa Mesa for having a fitness playground, that I get to go to recess in!!
I was a little nervous when I first stepped foot in IR because it is WAY different then the normal gym experience by far! It was like a breathe of fresh air. I have been an athlete for my whole life and it was great to be part of a community where we trained hard, had fun, and stayed healthy. I exceeded my fitness goals and am now onto a set of new ones, and I have even learned how to train with kettle bells because of trainer extraordinaire Aaron Guyett. I highly recommend IR for anyone no matter your fitness level, they literally have plans for everyone.

Why did I go here for 2 years? I got better results and had more fun than any other gym ever. Why did I leave for 1 year? I moved 1 hour away. It should say something that I chose to continue to come back about 1 time a month driving 2 hours for a 1 hour work out. Why am I back? I moved back to the area. One of the main reasons I came back was because of the lifestyle that this gym helped form for me, the emotional/hormonal/physical balance the training created, the life discipline the training created...I can go on. --MY RESULTS-- Month 1 – 225 Lbs 25% body fat Now – 205 lbs about 12% body fat (that's 32 lbs of fat lost and 12 lbs of muscle gained) --The Environment-- First and foremost, I've been able to stay motivated to come more often because it's never the same workout. Going twice a day could sound boring, but it doesn't get boring for me because it's so fun. Sometimes the workout is a game both physically and psychologically. The equipment is all unique compared to a typical gym. The varieties of exercises keep the workout new every day. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. Just after 3 months, they're almost like good friends. --The Training-- Trainers are always attentive to form and recovery. Many of my trainers in the past at other locations haven't been too attentive to recovery. By learning proper recovery methods, I've been able to push myself more without feeling too sore, but still experience muscle growth. The training is balance between aerobic, muscle building, and maximum power exertion workouts. --The Trainers-- They all have very different styles, but they're all consistent and creating great results as they are all very well educated. They're more educated than most gyms. They make any LA Fitness or 24 Hour Fitness trainer look like a newbie. I think they all do a great job.
