BluDahlia formed from Red house boutique and Exodus Designs. We make and recreate clothing, furniture, lamps and fabric art. BluDahlia makes clothing, accessories, and home decor, re-mixing tribal, bohemian, hippie, and urban glam with dreamy found elements. Richly layered, fun, and functional, we are the most daring-east duo this side of the Mississippi. Our products are made on site at Red house, a boutique showroom and studio space in Philadelphia, PA. We support and welcome self taught designers and stitcher, developing local talent, through inexpensive classes. Whenever possible, our core group students are a part of our manufacturing team. Sustainability through action. BluDahlia carries custom-made one of a kind, environmentally friendly fashion, accessories, and home decor. We have an interesting array of goods including up-cylcled furniture, lamps, wall hangings, men and women's clothing, crochet goods, and versatile accessories with a green theme. BluDahlia also provides inexpensive sewing classes to the community inside of our studio space. Product Description BluDahlia has a plethora of staple products from inexpensive classic, to midrange pieces of artwork, to high end fashion and home decor. Inexpensive Staples are priced between $5 and $25 Wallets ($5-$8), a fully lined flapped pouch, with embellished flap, that measures 5?x 9? finished. Envelope clutches ($8- $15) a fully lined flapped pouch, with embellished flap, that measures 11x 20 finished. Cell phone cases ($5-$8) a fully lined flapped pouch, with embellished flap, that measures 4 x 7 finished. Earrings ($10-$20) dangle earrings made of broken jewelry, crocheted chains, ribbons, and found elements. Priced according to labor Feather clips ($20), feathers and broken jewelry attached to a sturdy snap clip by hot glue and hand stitches. Cowl neck hoodie scarves ($20), a hip, reversible circle scarf that can be converted into a hood. Measurements for this scarf are 23?x23? flat Triangle bags ($15-$20), from the 8o?s fannie pack comes the triangle bag. An isosceles triangle (13x 20) pouch with embellished flap and laces that can be worn around your waist or tied like a shoulder bag. Mid-Range Staples are priced between $25 and $100 Neck Hugger Scarves ($30), are the perfect blend of art and function, measuring 36?x 5? completed. The ends are embellished with a fabric collage and there is a piece of elastic encased around the neck giving this product its rightful name. Banana Collage Bags ($50) are shaped like a banana and collage with perfect composition. Crochet Necklace Scarves ($30), chains and chains of crocheted links fit comfortably around the neck with a 11 button closure Toasty Legs ($30) are leg warmers that reach to the top of your thigh made from old chunky sweaters. Cowl Neck Hoodie Shirts ($60) are reconstructed tee shirts or sweaters to create a very comfortable versatile look. Dolman sleeves fitted wrists and waist, and a band around the neck that can be work as a cowl neck, a hood, or off the shoulder band. Comes in lengths of below the waist to high thigh. Butterfly bags ($50) have a U shaped foundation with shoulder straps. Each bag has a fancily embellished butterfly on the front and pocket on the back. Cowl Neck Hoodie Dresses ($75) are reconstructed tee shirts or sweaters to create a very comfortable versatile look. Dolman sleeves fitted wrists and waist, and a band around the neck that can be work as a cowl neck, a hood, or off the shoulder band. Comes in mini and below the knee lengths. Reconstructed Jean Bolero's ($50) are made from a pair of Jeans with the legs worn on the arms.
