My name is Lou Kraus the founder of Better Outcomes. I grew up in a traditional household where we were taught about what we call “Lashon Hora”, which means in English, Evil Speech. During my lifetime, I have experienced antisemitism, verbal abuse, door-slamming, name calling and, most recently, baseless hatred. I have felt, and observed, the pain that words can cause. I created Better Outcomes to combat the speech that is poisoning our world, traumatizing our brains and dehumanizing us. This website in not a place to argue your point in order to win. I hope you are here to learn things that are not taught in most of our schools. There is plenty of information out there, which has yet to be integrated, understood and put to appropriate use. I hope we can do a little bit of that here. I am not going to defend what we post here. The information we present is mostly not ours. It is written by people much smarter than we are. They are the true giants of learning and much of what they have learned and written about is either forgotten or not yet common knowledge. We stand on the shoulders of these Giants and want only to provide a place where you can come learn and discuss things peacefully with others, with whom you may not agree. We believe that we can help you find our common ground. We have only one rule; Intentionally or not, true or false, please do not criticize or use derogatory, disparaging, belittling or dehumanizing words.
