The Bistro is a farm-to-table dining experience located at Texas Hill Country Olive Co. featuring our award winning olive products. Menu varies seasonally.We sell Texas Hill Country Olive Co. Italian inspired wine (made in Texas), beer, and our house made balsamic sangria on premises.We are open daily for lunch from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm on a walk-in basis.Reservations are not required to dine. However, there is limited seating and we cannot guarantee the ability to seat large walk-in groups. In addition to the bistro seating, we have tables on our patio and in the orchard.Dogs are allowed outside, but not indoors at the Bistro.
