Saint Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute (SLBMI) serves the St. Louis Metropolitan Area with behavioral health treatment and specialty programs for mental and emotional issues. SLBMI also has two satellite offices in the metropolitan area, with one serving the O'Fallon, Illinois area. We offer a wide variety of programs and specialty services for children, adolescents and adults in need of treatment for emotional, behavioral or mental health issues.
