Southgate Special Care is a healing, therapeutic community that provides compassionate care for individuals experiencing behavioral disturbances associated with Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia, and other neurological impairments – one of only four similarly licensed communities in the state of New Jersey and the only one in Bergen County.
