Description
Dr. Cook provides primary care medicine, including preventive care, and treats chronic conditions, injuries, or illness. He is interested in geriatric medicine. He received a medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and completed his residency at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania.
