Description

The Olde Towne Tavern was established in 1986. Prior to that, it was a bar called The Overflow. The original building housed a print shop that printed ads for various businesses in local newspapers and magazines. In fact, there are still some old test prints stuck on the walls of the second floor of the building. Based on old photos of Pike Street in Covington, the building also used to house a liquor store. Apparently, the building has a history of serving libations to locals. We have been serving local beers since day one. Both a destination and neighborhood favorite, we offer something for everyone. The menu features a selection of local beers on tap and in bottle, and we host local bands and events in house. Book the bar for your private event or outing, or simply stop in for a cold one.
