Welcome to Long Island City Physical Therapy. Our office is a small, state of the art facility where we provide one-on-one care in a friendly environment designed to meet each individual’s personal goal. <br><br>Experienced<br>We service a wide range of conditions and musculoskeletal disorders. Our staff has experience in sports orthopedic conditions, pre/post surgicial conditions, lymphedema, as well as addressing pediatric and geriatric needs. Fitness Personal Training is also available at our facility.<br><br>Accessible<br>Our office is on 48th Ave., between Vernon Blvd. and 11th Street, in Long Island City. It is within a short walk from the #7 and G subway, and the Q61 Bus stop.<br><br>Most Insurances accepted<br>Most major medical insurances and group health plans are accepted. Please see the list of insurance providers on the Insurance page. We welcome Worker's Compensation patients and can assist you with treatment under the New York No-Fault auto insurance program.<br><br>Evaluation and Treatment<br>If you are interested in receiving treatment, a referral must be obtained from your physician. During the first session we will evaluate your condition, discuss any goals you would like to meet, and design a personalized treatment plan specific to your needs. In some cases, treatment can be arranged in your home.
