We operate professional uniformed three person crews with a team leader who communicates with the homeowner when necessary.<br><br>Mini Maid covers the entire metropolitan area from the East Mountains to Rio Rancho, Bernalillo to Los Lunas, and everywhere in between. The team concept is important to the success of Mini Maid. The team leader is a working member of the crew and completes our 42 point checklist following the cleaning.<br><br>Constant communication with the teams in the field is maintained via two-way radio. This close communication allows Mini Maid to keep customers posted of any possible delays or schedule changes.<br><br>Mini Maid provides their own equipment and housekeeping supplies with the exception of specialty floor products. If the home owner would like our housekeepers to use their products we will be more than happy to!<br><br>We guarantee our work, so if you see a problem, give us a call in a timely manner and we will send a team back out to correct it.<br><br>In addition to the standard house cleaning service, Mini Maid offers carpet cleaning, spot dyeing, and repairs, as well as upholstery and air duct cleaning. In most cases we can dye bleach spots to match the existing carpet color, and remove most pet stains.<br><br>Many of our employees have worked for Mini Maid several years, as well as some clients that have enjoyed our services for over 20 years.
