Description
After working with adults in private practice for over 10 years now, I have seen what unhealed trauma can do to a person and everyone in their orbit. It can frequently be a major contributor to many conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, panic attacks, and of course PTSD. Healing trauma can be incredibly difficult, if not impossible, for most of us to do on our own.
