Working In Child Abuse Advocacy Since 1998 GINGERBREAD HOUSE CHILDREN'S ADVOCACY CENTER SERVES THE ENTIRE SHREVEPORT, LA COMMUNITY Children are often overlooked in the chaos of criminal investigations. Gingerbread House Children's Advocacy Center a local nonprofit in Shreveport, LA, was founded to change that. With child abuse advocacy at the forefront, our mission has always been to lessen the trauma that child abuse victims experience during investigations. Children need support during these difficult times, and we're here to help them.
