EMC Painting Services is a painting and remodeling company in Winchester, VA, officially founded in 2022 by owner Emigdio Mejia, who first began working for contractors and companies in the roofing and drywall finishing industry. From there, the idea of starting his own painting company began. We started as a single-man company, a Ford 1998, and later expanded with more laborers and professional equipment. We provide exterior and interior painting services, drywall finishing, flooring, power washing, deck and porch construction, and more.
