The person who answered the phone walked me through cutting off the water while dispatching a plumber at the same time. The Plumber was at my house by 230 and had it repaired within 15 minutes. I was expecting a huge bill because of the time but he informed me that the company did not charge extra for nights, weekends or holidays. I was impressed because he took the time to explain what had happened and the fact he helped me clean up the water and left a floor fan to dry up the padding faster.
