COPC's Polaris Physical Therapy helps patients reduce pain and restore mobility through individualized one-on-one care. Our licensed therapists create personalized treatment plans addressing back and neck pain, shoulder and upper extremity injuries, hip and lower extremity conditions, balance difficulties, vestibular issues, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Conveniently located on Polaris Pkwy in Westerville, we offer early morning appointments starting at 7:00am Monday–Thursday with evening availability until 6:30pm, making it easy to fit therapy around your work schedule.
