Captain Scoops is a new ice cream shop located in Surfside Plaza in Nags Head! We offer a wide variety of delicious treats, including 28 flavors of hand-scooped ice cream, plus at least 5 non-dairy options so everyone can enjoy. We also have creamy soft serve in 4 delightful flavors, which we can even swirl together for a bit of extra fun.
