Just signed up with Alarm Grid. Installation and setup with Sterling was excellent! He walked me through everything and answered all my questions/issues. I am big proponent of DIY projects and Alarm Grid is a perfect fit for me.
Did a ton of research on home security before taking the plunge with a Honeywell Lynx L5100 for security, home automation, video surveillance. Wifi primary with GSM backup monitoring. Sterling's videos on YouTube are so clear and simple, they make the whole process a breeze. Their responsiveness to questions and issues is phenomenal. I cannot say enough about how these guys run their business. They should teach a Harvard Business School class on customer service and how to build a loyal following as a small, service oriented business.
Sterling Donnelly at Alarm Grid recently helped me with a sensor problem. He was helpful and responsive. He followed up with a phone call a few days later and went to the trouble of emailing me support documents. This was very professional customer service.
